课题组负责人简介:
郭磊,教授,博士、硕士生导师,泰山学者青年专家。2017年获中国科学院大学植物研究所博士学位,2017年6月至2018年4月在美国普渡大学从事博士后研究,2018年5月至2024年12月在美国马里兰大学从事博士后研究,2025年01月入职太阳成集团tyc539。长期致力于植物种子/果实发育和无性繁殖的分子机制,研究成果揭示了草莓种子在受精后启动和关闭果实发育信号(生长素)合成的具体调控机制;解析了受精后种子中胚胎和胚乳早期发育的分子机理。以第一作者(含并一)在Nature Communications、Plant Physiology、The Plant Journal、JIPB和Current Opinion in Plant Biology等国际主流期刊发表研究论文。
担任Plant Reproduction期刊的Guest Editor,Frontiers in Plant Science期刊的Reviewer Editor,以及多家著名学术期刊的审稿人,如JIPB、Horticulture Research等。担任中国园艺学会草莓分会第六届理事会理事。
主要研究方向:
草莓的果实鲜嫩多汁,香气浓郁,营养丰富,被称为“水果皇后”,具有较高的经济价值,是我国重要的水果经济作物。我国是世界上草莓生产量和消费量最大的国家,我国草莓种植面积在全球占比近三分之一。课题组以森林草莓和栽培草莓为主要研究对象,当前主要研究方向:(1)草莓花托果实发育的分子机制研究;(2)草莓无性繁殖(匍匐茎)的遗传与调控机理研究。
