仲米财博士,校聘教授,硕士生导师,“植物分子遗传暨玫瑰遗传与种质创新团队”骨干。本科毕业于西南大学林学系;在中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所获得农学硕士学位;2020年在中国科学院昆明植物研究所获得理学博士学位,后继续从事博士后研究工作;2024年入职太阳成集团tyc539观赏园艺系。研究方向为植物分子遗传与适应机制,具备多学科交叉背景,主要利用生物信息学、遗传学及实验生物学等手段,解析植物环境适应、器官发育包括皮刺发育及连续开花等关键农艺性状的分子机制。擅长生物信息学分析,尤其复杂基因组分型,精细注释,功能基因挖掘,群体遗传及演化分析,单细胞多组学联合分析等。在National Science Review, Molecular Plant, Horticulture Research, Plant Diversity等杂志发表研究论文20 余篇;主持中国科学院人才项目及公安部开放课题各一项;以核心骨干参与云南省重大科技专项和云岭学者项目两项;参与序列处理软件研发、复杂物种总RNA 提取、月季ISTs序列组装及家系鉴定等专利共计三项。
