孟宪文,博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。中国生物信息学学会(筹)多组学与整合生物学专业委员会委员。2013年获哈尔滨医科大学生物信息学学士学位,2018年获浙江大学生物信息学博士学位。2018年7月至今,在太阳集团tyc539任教。共发表SCI论文30余篇篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表学术论文7篇,副主编科学出版社“十四五”普通高等教育本科规划教材《生物信息学》(第四版)。担任Plant Cell,Horticulture Research和Molecular Horticulture等7个国际期刊审稿人。近年来,主持国家自然科学基金委青年项目1项、国家重点研发子课题3项。
研究方向:
1. 番茄灰霉病等重要病害抗病基因的图位克隆;
2. 利用多组学测序技术和生化实验手段解析番茄对常见病害抗性反应的分子机理。
